I. Overview

BUD Technologies, PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), a company registered in Singapore, sets out the following terms and conditions ("Terms") upon which users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "users") may use our services provided through our App Notewise AI ("APP").

• These Terms apply to individual users residing in the USA.
• By using the Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable legislation.
• We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.

II. Registration, Use and Security of Account

• When you log in to our APP, you will be granted an account ("Account") and become our registered user.
• You should provide and update your Account information accurately.
• You must keep your Account secret and secure.
• You shall assume full legal liabilities for the activities engaged in the name of your Account.

III. Account Suspension or Cancellation

Your Account may be suspended or canceled in situations including, but not limited to:

• Violating these Terms or relevant rules
• Violating laws and regulations
• Abnormal account operation

IV. APP Service Specification

You are entitled to the internet technology services and information services provided by us through our APP. You shall not:

• Access, store, distribute, or transmit any harmful or illegal material
